High quality Relationships, Sex and Health Education will provide our pupils with the information they need both now and into their futures. RSHE is not about promoting any particular lifestyle or relationship choice. RSE is about providing students with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make safe, healthy and informed relationship choices as young people and in the future as adults. Empowering our students to understand their bodies, to reflect on their relationship values and to be able to discuss relationships and sex will enable pupils to make informed decisions about their wellbeing, health and relationships and to build their self-efficacy as they grow.
